Terms of Sale

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy from us.
• Please give us correct details, especially your name, phone number and addresses, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, for example for fraud or abusive messages.

2. Our hair

• Every listing is a single, unique piece. Once it is reserved or sold, it is no longer available.
• We describe each piece as accurately as we can – texture, quality, color code, number of colors, length and weight. Small natural variations in length, weight and color are normal.
• Our photos show the actual piece, but colors can look different on different screens.
• If we discover a mistake in a description or price, we'll tell you before you pay, and you can cancel.

3. Prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price of the hair is shown on each piece; keratin bonding is optional and its price is shown before you request the hair. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are added to your payment link, so you see the full total before you pay.

4. How a purchase works

• Request to buy reserves the hair for you. It is not yet a completed purchase, and nothing is charged.
• We then send you a secure Square payment link by email or text with the full total.
• Your purchase is complete when your payment has been received.
• You can cancel a request at any time before you pay (My Account → open the hair → Cancel my request).
• We may decline or cancel a request – for example if the hair is no longer available, there is a pricing or description error, we suspect fraud, or the payment link is not paid within a reasonable time. We'll let you know, and if you had already paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Square, Inc. on their secure payment page; Square's terms apply to the payment. We don't receive or store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

We ship within the United States and Canada. All sales are final – hair can't be returned or exchanged, and a paid order can't be cancelled. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, tell us within 3 days of delivery. All details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Keratin bonding and use of the hair

• Keratin bonding is prepared for your order and is part of the final sale.
• We recommend having extensions installed and removed by a qualified stylist and following their care instructions. The result depends on installation, care and your own hair.
• We're not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, chemical treatments, heat or care after delivery.
• If you have sensitivities or allergies, please talk to your stylist before installation.

8. Messages

Please keep messages respectful and about our hair or your order. We may remove messages or close accounts that are abusive, unlawful or spam.

9. Referral links

If you came to our shop through a partner's referral link, that partner may receive a commission on your purchases. This never changes your price.

10. Our content

The photos, videos and texts in our shop belong to JB Hair Gallery Corp. or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

11. Liability

We work hard to keep the shop available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited by agreement.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois, unless the consumer laws of the place where you live give you the right to bring it elsewhere.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you request hair applies to that purchase.
